The consular office of Mr. Jakab-Ughy István is currently based in Mangalia, 30 kilometers from Constanta, but will soon move to Constanta, thanks to an agreement with the UDMR party in Constanța County. The Honorary Consulate covers the following counties: Constanta, Tulcea, Braila, Ialomita, Galati and Calaras. In the consular district, the tasks to be performed are primarily to inform, assist, and guide Hungarian tourists visiting Romania – the Black Sea, the Danube Delta - and to offer assistance to Hungarian investors.
