When selecting an appointment, please indicate the number of persons whose affairs will be handled at that time. For example, when applying for a child's passport, you must select one person, regardless of whether the parents are also present at the time of the appointment.
In order to ensure an accurate processing, please arrive at the appointed time. In case of delay, we can not guarantee the processing of your application due to the next customers in line, so it is possible that you will have to make a new appointment.
The consular officials cannot give you an earlier appointment than the one offered by the online system.
