The meeting of the Defence Attaches accredited to Bucharest took place on 18th October, 2017 at the Residency of the Hungarian Ambassador to Bucharest, where a presentation was delivered by ret. general Virgil Balaceanu, president of the Reserve Officers Association, followed by a closed session during which the Defence Attache Organization (DAO) discussed the working plan for 2018. The meeting was chaired by Colonel László Kiss, the president of the DAO, elected in September, 2017. The meeting was followed by working lunch.
