At the Hungarian Embassy in Bucharest on February 22, 2019, a conference with the title of "What is behind profit and failure?" of the Hungarian Business Association in Romania (AAUR) took place. (AAUR is an integrative organization of Hungarian companies, which, in addition to representing members' interests, professional development and cooperation, aims at modernizing the Romanian-Hungarian economic relations and thus developing the Romanian economy.) The meeting of businessmen from the previous evening of the conference at the gourmet reception (truffles and wine tasting) offered the opportunity to develop qualitative relations for the participants at the event. The co-organizers of the AAUR conference were the Hungarian Embassy in Bucharest, the Association of Hungarian Economists in Romania and the Hungarian-Romanian Section of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Hungary.

In the opening of the economic conference László DIÓSI, former chairman and CEO of OTP Bank in Romania, provided detailed information on Romania's macroeconomic outlook for 2019. Camelia ENE, the leader of MOL Romania PP, focused on corporate responsibility and business success. In her opinion, business success can be achieved by respecting ethical values and respecting people, communities and the natural environment. Thus, the company considers legal, ethical, business, and other expectations of society and takes decisions that will balance the needs of all stakeholders. According to Zsuzsanna SZVETELESZKY, an expert in corporate internal communication, corporate social responsibility is an important message not only for the outside world, but also for company employees. It is good to work for a company that, depending on the possibilities, tries to help those with needs.

Subsequent lectures touched upon complex themes, such as the failure or success of entrepreneurs to deal with stress problems related to frequent failures. The Panel Closure Panel Discussion: "Generation Change & Output Strategies" provided a framework for professionals to illustrate the best solutions. The changing environment, changing organizational culture and its impact on businesses are crucial for future corporate transformations.
