Bilateral Agreement on Mutual Protection of Classified Information

On 3rd October, 2018 the Bilateral Agreement on Mutual Protection of Classified Information between Hungary and Romania was signed in Bucharest by H.E. Ambassador Botond Zákonyi for the Hungarian side, and H.E Marius Petrescu, Secretary of State, director general of ORNISS for the Romanian side.

At the signing ceremony the following Romanian organizations took part: ORNISS, Romanian Intelligence Service, Foreign Intelligence Service, Ministry of National Defence, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Prior to signing, the Parties expressed their content, that the wording of the document that has lasted for more than ten years has been successfully closed.
