On 23rd October, 2016 a traditional wreath laying ceremony took place at the memorial statue of Imre Nagy and his partners in Snagov, in the afternoon the Embassy of Hungary together with the members of the Hungarian community living in Bucharest held a festive commemorative program in the Petőfi House about the heroes of the Hungarian Revolution of 1956.
